One of the last huge undeveloped areas in Warsaw. Plot has actual planning documents but now looks like a wild swamp overgrown with weeds. Quick feasibility study was created to analyze how to merge contradiction elements: density program of apartment housing, lush vegetation and complicated local building codes.
